You’ve got your ticket — now it’s time to get your wristband. To make your entry on the day as smooth and fast as possible, we strongly encourage all ticket holders to collect their wristbands in advance by booking a pre-collection appointment.

Your wristband is your entry pass to Capella Music Festival 2026. You can collect it during the pre-collection period, on the morning of April 25th, or at the gate on the day of the festival. Pre-collection is strongly recommended to avoid queues and get straight into the action.

Book an appointment to collect your wristband ahead of the festival at Monster Media, Rankin’s Plaza, George Town.

Pre-collection appointments are available Tuesday, April 21 through Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily.

Your wristband package will be prepared and ready for you when you arrive – no waiting around.

If you are unable to collect your wristband in advance, a limited number of morning collection appointments are available on April 25th before the festival opens. Collection takes place at the Capella Box Office, Festival Green at Camana Bay.
Morning collection appointments are available from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM on April 25, 2026. Slots are limited – please book ahead to guarantee your spot.

Wristbands can also be collected at the gate when you arrive at Festival Green on April 25th. Please be aware that gate queues will be longer, particularly at peak entry times. Pre-collection is the fastest way to get in.

No need to stress. If you’re unable to make your scheduled slot, your package will be kept safe for you. You’re welcome to stop by during the pre-collection period and we’ll do our best to assist you. Walk-in collections are subject to availability and wait times may apply. Scheduling an appointment guarantees the fastest experience.
