Where is Capella Music Festival and what's the best way to get there?

Capella Music Festival will be held at Festival Green, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman. 

You can get to the venue by driving and parking at one of the designated parking facilities, based on availability. You can come by Cab, Flex, Bicycle, or Scooter.

Who is performing at the event?

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on our website a couple of days before the festival.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can select a payment plan option at the checkout.

What are the age restrictions?

Event attendees must be 18 and over, ID will be required. Under 18’s can attend the festival accompanied by an adult only.

Can I bring my Children?

Under 18s can attend the festival accompanied by an adult over 18 only, ID will be required and any minors on their own will not be allowed access. All under 18s will be assigned a wristband to identify them as being under 18 for safety purposes.

What if the event is postponed?

If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your festival passes will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, you can request a refund within 30 days of the announced rescheduled date.

Is there re-entry to the Festival?

No re-entry. If you need to seek special permissions for medical needs or otherwise please contact bookings@cappellamusicfestival.com

All requests must be submitted by 1 pm on Friday, July 15, 2022

What form of payments do you accept at the festival?

We accept cash, Credit and Debit Cards. You will need to purchase food and drink tickets from the ticketing booth to purchase these items in the venue, cash or card will not be accepted at these vendors.  There will be no ATMs on site. Cash, Credit and Debit cards will also be accepted at the main ticket booth for any onsite purchases.

Do I have to bring an ID?

We are an 18+ ONLY event and you MUST have a valid Government form of ID to enter the festival (ID Card, Drivers License, or Passport). We can not guarantee entry without proper identification.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine the show will go on, we would advise rainproof ponchos and umbrellas. But in Cayman fashion, it likely will be hot and sunny therefore hats, shades, and sunscreen are always a good idea to stay safe in the sun.

What are you doing to ensure my health & safety at the festival?

Security and safety are of the utmost importance. We work hand in hand with the RCIPS, CIFS and EMT agencies to help ensure the safety of our event.

I'm a reporter/photographer. Where do I arrange a photo pass or press pass?

Please contact media@capellamusicfestival.com and your request will be reviewed accordingly.

Aerosol Products (Including Sunscreen), Air Horns, Animals / Pets (Service Animals ONLY), Audio Recording Devices, Balloons / Balls / Inflatable Balls / Frisbees, Bicycles, Coolers, No divisive symbols, including, without limitation, inappropriate imagery/public displays. Drones, Remote Control Vehicles, or Toys.
